Dear You,
I want you to know that your feelings matter, and even though we may not have met in person, your emotions are seen and heard.
It’s okay if sometimes it feels like the world around you doesn’t quite grasp what you’re going through. Everyone is on their own unique journey, and sometimes, it takes a little longer for others to truly see the struggles you face every day. I see you, and I want to acknowledge the strength it takes to express your feelings.
Feeling alone can be like standing in a room full of people, yet still feeling as if no one understands. It’s a challenging place to be, and I want you to know that you’re not alone in feeling that way. Sometimes, the connections we seek take time to form, like pieces of a puzzle slowly coming together.
If you ever feel like you need someone to talk to or share your thoughts with, know that there are people around you who care. It might be a friend, a family member, or even someone you haven’t met yet. Sometimes, reaching out takes courage, and that’s a strength you already possess.
Remember that you are not defined by the moments of loneliness or the times when it feels like you’re not seen. You are a unique and valuable individual with your own story, and there are people who will appreciate and understand you for exactly who you are.
Take a deep breath, and know that each day is a new opportunity for connections to grow and for understanding to blossom. You are not alone, and there are brighter days ahead.
With care and understanding,
Marisa & Hollie
