About

Hi there! My name is Erin McCarthy and I’m a trauma and anxiety coach for kids, teens, and adults. I love working through things that get in the way of showing up the way you want to at school, work, home, and beyond. I believe that trauma and anxiety impact whole family systems, not just one person, so I also offer parent coaching to help parents support their kids while they’re working through hard things. I run my own private practice and see clients both virtually and in-person from my office in Brookside.
